Regal Publications is a hospitality media company that provides in-room guest directories, with a strong focus on digital, mobile-friendly experiences designed to improve the guest stay while supporting on-property operations and local partnerships. We have been serving the hospitality industry for over 40 years.
For Capital Vacations properties, Regal provides complimentary in-room digital guest directories at no cost to the hotel. We also offer premium services at the sole option of hotel management. Regal Publications has been approved as the provider of in-room guest directories for over 150 Capital Vacations in North America.
What is the Regal Digital Guest Directory?
The Regal Digital Guest Directory is a mobile-optimized directory that guests access via QR code in the guest room. It replaces and enhances traditional printed binders and directories and provides hotel guests instant access to the information they need—without front desk calls.
Guests use their own smart phones. No app to download.
What features are included at no cost to Capital Vacations properties?

Is the directory branded for Capital Vacations?
Yes. Each directory is customized to align with Capital Vacations branding standards and includes property-specific information.
Does Regal replace printed materials?
Yes. Your new digital directory replaces any printed or digital directories in the room prior to the new corporate agreement with Regal and Capital Vacations.
Are there optional premium features available?
Yes. While the core directory is complimentary, Regal offers optional premium upgrades upon request.
Premium features are never required and are only added if the property chooses.
Who manages setup and updates?

Once the directory is approved and live, the General Manager is provided with a secure login to make self-managed edits 24/7/365. Please see the “How To” video “here”
What is required from the property to get started?
Regal provides a first draft based on the property’s website and publicly available information
The General Manager reviews the draft and supplies any property-specific details and branding assets until final approval
Once approved:
The directory goes live
QR code and directory link are supplied to Capital Vacations
Self-managed login credentials are provided to the General Manager
In-room display materials are supplied by Capital Vacations.
