BANQUETS AND CATERING
The hotel offers fine banquet and meeting facilities for business meetings or special occasions. Please contact our catering staff for expert assistance.
Please enjoy our complimentary breakfast each morning located in our “Inside Track” Restaurant. Our breakfast is available from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. daily. Please be prepared to show room key for entry.
Open 24 hours for your convenience, computers with High Speed Internet Access are available on the lobby floor.
CHECK OUT POLICY
Check out time is noon. Please make arrangements for any late departure prior to scheduled check out day.

Hot Springs Civic and Convention Center and Bank of the Ozarks Arena are adjacent to the Hotel. These facilities can be accessed from the 2nd floor.

In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early departure fee. To avoid the fee, please advise the hotel at or before check in of any change in your departure date.
In the event of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please contact the Front Desk for immediate attention or dial 9 + 911 for direct emergency access.

The Hotel Hot Springs & Spa is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your additional safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm locations, exit routes and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of each guest door.

Complimentary coffee is available in the Lobby daily.

MANAGER ON DUTY
The Manager on Duty may be reached by contacting the Front Desk.
We have a parking deck for your convenience. Valet service is available for $10.00 per day plus tax and will be added to your nightly room rate if utilized. The hotel cannot be responsible for items left in vehicles on the hotel property.
For the convenience of all of our guests, pets are not allowed in the hotel. However, service animals are allowed.
Our hotel restaurant, “Inside Track Grill and Sports Lounge,” is located off the main lobby. Serving lunch and dinner at 11:00 a.m., seven days a week.
Your safety and security are of the utmost concern to those of us who welcome you as our guest. Please familiarize yourself with the Safety Guidelines provided in this directory. If a security need arises, please contact the Front Desk for immediate assistance.
The entire hotel is NON-SMOKING.
Snacks and soft drinks are available near the Front Desk and can be purchased 24 hours a day.
The Front Desk will be happy to arrange for taxi service or make recommendations concerning your transportation needs. The hotel courtesy shuttle offers transportation to locations within a limited radius from the Hotel, and service is based upon availability.
