Welcome to the Kingdom of Breckenridge! We hope your trip was pleasant and safe. Now that you have arrived, you are ready

to start enjoying your accommodation and our friendly town. We have provided your unit with most necessities.

If you have any questions, please call our office at 970-453-1724 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday). 

If you need to reach us at any other time, you may call our 24-hour EMERGENCY number at 970-486-4740. Please leave

your name, unit number and phone number and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

This directory is provided to familiarize you with the many services we offer, as well as acquaint you with the Breckenridge area. If there is anything we can do to make your visit with us more enjoyable, please feel free to ask our staff members.

Business Services:
We have a computer workstation (including a printer) and fax available in our office. There is also Wi-Fi Internet available in the office.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Front Desk is located at 111-A Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or when the room has been cleaned and inspected.
Check-out time is prior to 10:00 A.M. If you wish to stay additional nights, please contact the Front Desk for availability at least 24 hours prior.

Emergencies:
Please call 970-486-4740. If we do not answer immediately, leave a voice message with your name, unit number and phone number. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible.

Hot Tubs / Jacuzzi:
Peak Property Management, Inc. does not have control over the mechanical performance of private hot tubs/jacuzzis. If a hot tub/jacuzzi becomes inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25.00 per day refund shall be issued. This does not apply to bathtubs or community facilities.


Housekeeping Services:
Your unit has been cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Paper products and supplies have been adequately provided for your stay. Published nightly rates do not include daily maid or towel service.
If you would like to arrange additional towels or cleaning services please call our Front Desk. We will arrange a convenient time and inform you of the additional charges for this service.

You may have mail sent to Peak Property Management. Be sure to indicate your name, unit number and dates of stay on the mail or package. Use the following addresses:

Parking:
If required at your property, you will be given parking passes in your check-in package at registration. If you lose your pass or require additional passes, please contact the Front Desk. Please observe all parking regulations of the complex or home at which you are staying.

Pets:
Sorry, no pets are allowed in our units (except Black Bear Crossing). Local kennel service is available.
