Beaver Creek Activities Desk (BCAD)
The concierge team at the BCAD is happy to assist you in planning, and booking, family- friendly activities that enhance your Beaver Creek Resort vacation. The types of activities the concierge team can book for you include majestic hot air balloon rides, off-road 4x4 Jeep adventures, white water rafting on the winding Eagle River, and guided equestrian tours. Your helpful concierge can even make restaurant reservations on your behalf so you can wine and dine in style at eateries such as Beano’s Cabin and Grouse Mountain Grill. Overall, the concierge team is here to make your vacation less stressful and way more enjoyable.
Please note: activities are subject to weather conditions are subject to change. Due to high demand, some activities may not be available during your stay.
If any of this sounds interesting to you, please call 970-754-5241 or stop by the Activities Desk! The BCAD is located on the west end of the Beaver Creek Plaza next to the Coyote Café. During the summer and winter seasons, the desk is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Guest Service Lodging Information
Our off-site Front Desk is located inside the Beaver Creek Reception Center (BCRC). The BCRC is open 24/7 and is located just inside the Beaver Creek Welcome Gates. The physical address is 40 Village Road, Avon, CO 81620.

• Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please call the Front Desk and we will try to accommodate your request.
• Pack ‘n Plays, rollaway beds, and air mattresses can be arranged through the Front Desk.
• Packages are delivered to rental units; this excludes U.S. Mail. U.S. Mail can only be delivered to local PO Boxes. Note: Please do not send packages to the BCRC without prior authorization.
• Laundry: Washers and dryers are located in each unit.

• Local telephone service and 1-800 access are provided free of no charge.

Things To Do in The Seasons at Avon
Avon Recreation Center
The Seasons at Avon does not have a pool or hot tub. Fortunately, the Avon Rec Center (the gray building with the large mural painted on it) is located behind the The Seasons building. Discounted Avon Rec Center passes can be purchased from the BCRC Front Desk for a small fee.
Avon Transportation Center (ATC)
Located just outside The Seasons building, the ATC is where you will find the skier shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort, the local Town of Avon buses, as well as, the Bustang/Pegasus bus service to Denver, and ECO Transit bus service (which serves Eagle County).
Dining
Kai Island Grill, a Hawaiian restaurant, is located on the main floor of The Seasons building. Visit kaiislandgrill.com, or call 970-393-5462, to place an order. Rocky Mountain Taco also runs a year-round food truck located right across the street from The Seasons building. The taco truck is located in the ATC. Gym
The Seasons at Avon gym is located on the middle of the 2 nd floor next to the Conference Room. Lockers and showers are available for your convenience. Please observe the posted hours of operation and clean off the equipment when you are done using it. Since the gym is kept locked, use your unit door code to gain access to it.

Fire Safety Message
Like all buildings, rental properties can have fires. Plan what to do when you check in. You won’t have time to plan during a fire.
First, find two exits nearest your room. Be sure they are unlocked and unblocked.
Then, count doors between your room and exits so you’ll have a reference point if it’s smoky.
When you hear an alarm, act, don’t investigate.
If fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Once out, report the fire.
If fire is not in your room, leave if you can. First, feel your door. If it’s cool, open it slowly and go to the nearest exit. Crawl in smoke. Fresh air will be at the floor. Take your key so you can go back if you can’t use your exits.
Never use elevators during a fire. They could stop at the fire floor..
If your room door is hot, don’t open it. Your room may be the safest place to be. Seal all cracks with wet towels. Shut off fans and air conditioners. Signal at your window. Call the Fire Department and wait to be rescued.
