ENTRY OF PREMISES
An authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during your stay for needed repairs or to drop off items.
FIREPLACE
Due to fire danger, please do not clean ashes from fireplace.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping services are available upon request at an additional cost. Housekeeping does clean at the end of your stay. For additional housekeeping, please call 775-588-4504 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

OFFICE HOURS
Tahoe Management Services is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
PARKING PERMITS
If you are staying in Lake Village, Pine wild, Summit Village or Tahoe Village (Quaking Aspen Street (Winter Only) parking permits are required.
Summit Village permits are available from Tahoe Management Services. Lake Village and Pine wild registration/permits are available on site.
PETS
We have a limited number of pet-friendly units.
REAL ESTATE SHOWINGS
The condominium or home you have rented may be listed for sale. If so, there is a possibility that a real estate agent will call you and request a convenient time for a showing during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation.

SKI EQUIPMENT
Please do not leave your skis overnight on your vehicle’s ski rack. Keep skis inside your condominium or home. Please do not wear ski boots beyond the entrance.
TRASH
Trash receptacles are located throughout your area. If you are in a home, there should be trash cans in the garage. If you need additional pick-up in the homes, please call 775-588-4504.
VALUABLES
We have no arrangements to safeguard your valuables. Please do not leave money or valuables in your home. The management and/or owner cannot be responsible for money or valuables left in your condominium or home. Personal items left in property will be held for 14 days only.
